The graph shows the classic time difference between solar production and demand. Solar peaks around 12.00 GMT whereas demand peaks around 7pm. Just adding more solar alone is not the solution. What is needed is storage so that energy harvested around mid-day can be used to supply the “arriving home” peak in early evening.
